What to include in your first message
The most useful first messages tell us three things: what your business does and where it operates, what you're trying to achieve — a new structure, a banking solution, a compliance review, or something else — and whether you have any existing offshore entities already. With that information we can give you a meaningful initial assessment in our response rather than a generic acknowledgement. You don't need to have everything figured out before you reach out — that's what the scoping call is for.
Before you send — a few quick answers
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes — the first scoping call (up to 45 minutes) is at no charge. If you decide to engage us after that, we'll send a written scope and fixed-fee quote before any work begins.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
Yes. While we're based in Thika, our client base spans Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. All client-facing work can be conducted remotely; we use encrypted document exchange for KYC materials.
How quickly do you respond?
We respond to all contact form submissions within one business day during our office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30). If you send a message over the weekend, expect a response by Monday afternoon.
